tiktok shop order cancellation FAQ!

i've been trying to reach YOU about your car's extended warranty… jk jk… but i really *have* been trying to reach you about this messy order cancellation situation TikTok has me in! i’ve actually sent you a few messages BUT tiktok shop won't let me send links in any of my chats to you so, unfortunately, i don’t think any of messages have been coming through.

BUT if you would pretty please share your email below, i can send over ALL the deets of your order ASAP!

essentially, long story short: due to a weird and very boring back-end tiktok shop error, tiktok cancelled and refunded ALL of my order(s) **after** they had already been shipped. SO you most likely already received them (yay!) BUT also received an order cancellation notification from tiktok (boo!) and were like, 'WTF'. trust me... you and me both, bestie! 🫠

these were some of my very first TikTok Shop orders, and getting those sales in real time meant so much to me. it was a huge moment for my business. re-submitting payment now (ideally by may 10th πŸ’Έ) genuinely helps me keep things running (aka ~~keep the lights on~~ and the bling bar going ✨).
